Still in my Japan's journey, on 26th March 2017 we had plans to visiting Kinkakuji Temple. It located 500 meters from our guest house in Kita-ku. Just across way and go straight there. Kinkakuji is one of famous temple in Kyoto. Because it built up with gold so that it named the golden pavilion. I got news that this pavilion had been burn before but it had renovation and now we could see it.
If we want to entrying this area we have to paid ticket firstly and we will get information booklet and a japanese paper with kanji letter (i didn't sure what the name is). It has quiet wide area with a green lake in the first entrying sight view. The cherry blossom tree arrounding and we can see japanese homes living in front of lake.
The Japanese traditional home living
It has some shrines to pray. If we want to exiting we must walk to trekking in hollow path. We will find some statue with many coins arround. Based on myth if you could throw coin to the black plate correctly your pray will come true. Good luck! And dont forget to buy some souvenirs before we go.
For that day I wore a pair longjohn inside with green army boomber jacket as outer. I choose khaki pants with buckle, green sling bag with embroidery similary with outer. Because it still cold weather I wore sky dunk shoes to protect from cold.

Directly from Kinkakuji temple we head to bus terminal to get one day pass ticket bus to go arashiyama and gion.
For your information if you want to Arashiyama bamboo path area you have to come in early morning to have good situation.
In the night we had dinner at naritaya halal ramen in Gion district. If you are moslem too and seeking halal dish here you can using google direction to get.
